Draft Document Creation
Creating a New Draft
Press the "+" Button:
Locate and press the "+" button on the main interface to initiate the creation of a new document.
Scan Items:
Use the "Scan Items" feature to scan the items you wish to include in your document.
Return to List:
After scanning, navigate back to the list. A new document will automatically be created as a "Draft". This draft will be saved for you to continue working on at any time.
Working with Drafts
Accessing Drafts:
Drafts are stored in your document list. Each draft is named sequentially, such as "Draft - 1", "Draft - 2", etc.
Resuming a Draft:
Select the desired draft from the list to open and continue editing it.
Creating Multiple Drafts
Unlimited Drafts:
There is no limit to the number of drafts you can create. Each new draft will receive the next sequential number in its name.
Starting a New Draft:
Press the "+" button again to start a new draft. This new draft will always start empty, ensuring no data from previous drafts is included.
