Stock Goods Issue

Short overview on feature:

The Goods Issue module within the SAP system is a critical component of inventory management and logistics. It plays an important role in the movement of products out of the inventory. This module primarily focuses on documenting and executing the process to reduce the quantity of stock or materials in the company's inventory records when goods are withdrawn from storage locations or otherwise issued.

Manual for feature usage:

Open the Stock Goods Issue from the Logiks mobile application home screen. The main screen provides you with an overview of ongoing Stock Goods Issue.

1. Scan the BIN location and the items to be issue and system automatically fills the relevant information and add the quantity after the internal verification upon scanning.

2. once complete with all the scanning click on the “Create documents in SAP” to process the Stock Goods Receipt.

Once document added successfully, quantity decrease of materials or products in inventory, reflecting real-time changes accurately.
