Issue for Production

Short overview on feature:

The issue for production transaction subtracts the component from the inventory and change the inventory quantity from committed to consumed. This is used to issue manual items against the production order.

Manual for feature usage:

Open the Issue from Production from the Logiks mobile application home screen. The main screen provides you with an overview of open production order for issuing the stock.

Issue for Production for Standard and Special Type Production order

1. Once you open the Issue for production from the home screen scanner will list all the open production order for the selection

2. Select the production order to process for issue for production

3. Scan the BIN location and the items, Upon scanning of the items qty get updated over the scanner and automatically fills the relevant information.

2. once complete with all the scanning click on the “Save on SAP B1” to process the Issue for Production

Once document added successfully, quantity issued to the production floor and inventory qty changes accordingly and reflecting real-time changes accurately.

Issue for Production for disassembly type

Disassembly production order to explode a parent item of the regular product to its child items. You disassemble the product into separate parts, which can then be put into stock.

In the below production order is a sample example of the disassembly production type

1. Open the issue for production scenario , we can see the above documents in the list.

2. Open the document no -43 and we can see that we have only 1 item -M0002 which is from header level from the production order.

3. Scan the barcode for the warehouse and the items . Upon successful scanning qty of the items get updated over the scanner. If the scanned item is managed by serial or batch no scanner will auto prompt for scanning the batch / serial no details as well.

4. Once done with the scanning click on “Save on SAP B1” to create a issue for production for the production order of disassembly type.

Multiple selection of document on issue for Production

Here we have the option to selected the multiple production order on issue for production. It gives us a flexibility to process multiple document to save the time. to process the multiple document we have to click on the + icon

scanner will show you all the open production order and user select one or many production.

once the user selected the production order , click on the “Start Scanning” button. Scanner will summarize the details and display all the items related to selected production order and displayed for the scanning.
