Sorting Functionality

In Logiks WMS, users can configure sorting options for pick lists directly in the mobile application. This feature allows users to define how pick list documents and document lines are sorted, improving efficiency in the picking process.

Sorting settings can be configured in the Pick Options, where users can choose sorting parameters and sorting order for:

• Document Headers (Pick List Document List)

• Document Lines (Lines inside a Document)

Sorting Settings in the Mobile App

1. Open the Logiks WMS Mobile App.

2. Navigate to the Pick module.

3. Scroll down to the Sorting Settings section.

Configuring Sorting for Document Headers

Sorting settings for document headers determine how the list of pick lists (pick documents) is displayed.

Steps to Configure:

1. Under Sorting Settings for Document Headers, select:

   • Sort By: Choose the field to sort by (e.g., Pick Number)

   • Order By: Choose Ascending or Descending.

Configuring Sorting for Document Lines

Sorting settings for document lines define how items within each pick document are displayed.

Steps to Configure:

1. Under Sorting Settings for Document Lines, select:

   • Sort By: Choose the field to sort by (e.g., Bin Location, Bar Code, Item Code, etc.).

   • Order By: Choose Ascending or Descending.

2. The selected sorting order will apply to the item list within a pick document.
