Please note: the fastest way to get help on your case is always through the Application itself. Use the provided process within the Application to open a ticket directly out of the App.

If you are unable to send a Support request via E-Mail, you can also call us. But please be aware, that you can NOT get directly In Touch with a Support Operator. Our Colleagues answering the Phone Lines will just take your request, qualify all information and forward it to our Support Team. Our Support Team will then reach out to you. When you are calling us please mention directly that you are calling because of a “Support Case”.
