Serial/Batch Number Limits

• Maximum running number set to 10,000,000

• Prefix limit set to 5 characters

• Free text limit set to 20 characters

• Total length of Serial/Batch numbers limited to 36 characters

Edit Restrictions

• Removed edit option for Serial/Batch jobs already used in templates

Error Handling

• Added error message if Serial/Batch number exceeds 36 characters:

  • “Your Serial / Batch number cannot be longer than 36 characters according to SAP Business One field limitation. Please consider to shorten your defined numbering logic.”
