With current release we are providing couple of bug fixes and new features in our WMS Barcode Scanner application.
Bug Fixes
Additional Fields During Scanning Of The Item Managed By Batch Numbers
Added 2 more fields during the scanning process. Users can now also provide Expiry Date and Manufacturing Date after scanning item which is managed by batch.
Search Documents In ‘Goods Receipt PO’ Scenario
With this fix, document search by numbers is now possible in the 'Goods Receipt PO' scenario.
Removed Closed Documents From 'Pick' Scenario
After closing documents in the 'Pick' scenario and refreshing the page, the application will no longer fetch irrelevant data (closed documents) from SAP B1.
Clean Cache In ‘Stock Counting’ Scenario
Fixed the issue related to the cache cleaning process in the 'Stock Counting' scenario, which was causing the removal of lines in the selected base document.
Problem with Date Format During Document Creation in 'Stock Counting' Scenario
Fix for the date format issue. The Barcode Scanner now correctly reads the current date from the user's SAP B1 and converts the device's local time to the server time.
Calculation of Total Available Amounts in 'Item Check' Scenario"
Users can now see the correct available quantity of items in all warehouses, including those without bin locations.
Clean Cache in 'Stock Counting' Scenario
With the new release, we’ve fixed the issue related to the cache cleaning process in the 'Stock Counting' scenario, which was causing the deletion of lines in the selected base document.
New Features
Overwriting Predefined Warehouse in Scenarios
With this new improvement, users with permission to overwrite can now save the base document to a different warehouse.
Save as Draft
With the new version, Logiks Barcode Scanner now allows users to not only create and save documents directly in SAP B1 after scanning but also save them as drafts in SAP B1.
Scenario “Warehouse Check”
We have replaced the 'Bin Location Check' scenario with a new 'Warehouse Check' scenario, which enables users to check their warehouse data even if the warehouse does not have any bin locations.
New Scenario “Issue To Production”
Our latest release introduces the 'Issue to Production' scenario for creating issues to production.
This functionality allows users to subtract components from inventory and change the inventory quantity from committed to consumed. It is designed for issuing manual items against production orders.
UoM Base Items in 'Stock Counting' and 'Stock Transfer'
In the current version, we provide the capability to manage documents with UoM base items in two specific scenarios: Stock Counting and Stock Transfer.
