Gateway as reverse proxy for Service Layer

With this release we providing updated gateway Installer.

This feature is meant to channel all Service Layer calls via Gateway service as a proxy and thus avoiding exposing SL externally.

Gateway will be Service Layer logic agnostic proxy - it means will not interfere logically with coming calls but only to pass them as they arrive not changed to Service Layer ,retrieve response and return to Gateway consumer
